Hi, I'm Jim, most of the time called Big Jim. I have a BBq restaurant in North Alabama. I have a home built smoker. My take off on Kloss back flow type. It has done well for six years.
Now working on a pellet fired Box. similar to FEC, Hoping to give it a test run this week.
KCBS member and Judge, Big Jim's Bama Q Competition team-- Hog Wild, Mobile, Alabama. 2006, 2008. In 06, My first Completion, hjt the gate it was overwhelming, My prayer was ( O lord don't let me be 95 th) I wasn't.
