Question give me some time frame ideas please.

I am working in Austin, I also am having to pay for a wedding. It is looking like I may end up staying here till sometime Tuesday.
I need to do 6-8 full packers and prolly eight butts, have them sliced/pulled, vac sealed and frozen to take to Wichita on Friday morning. I have a 700 mile drive in front of me. I think I can do all of the briskets in one round and the butts in another in the XXL UDS, how much time you figure all that will take to cook? I am trying to figure out if I am being realistic in thinking I can get it all done in 2days and be able to get some sleep.

Any of you KC boys wanna do a little cookin to help out a brethren and his Daughter?
