it has a link to click that takes me to a previous page. It also says "You get one vote per IP address", so maybe if you have already voted, you get bounced.

Well, they just released the current vote totals and it's incredibly close.

When I say that every vote counts, it's not hyperbole. There are around 20 votes separating first place from second place.
