Default Brat burgers on the JJ

Awhile back i picked up a Jumbo Joe from Wally World and got a chance to break it in
I started 40 briqs, once they were going good i put them on either side for an indirect heat (cooking guide on the box said med-low heat) i found out it was a little cramped for space, so about half way thru i spread them out and damped down my intake a little to regulate my heat.
I never got a plated pic sorry Enjoy

You're making me want to defrost the ones in my freezer!

Take Brat of your choice, personally I like beer and cheddar brats.
Decase the brat to get the meat out.
Then form into burger shape and cook like a burger. :)

I've got a box of the cheddar brat burgers in my freezer now.

They are tasty.
