Default Metro Hot Holding Cabinet

I'm looking to switch from cambro insulated boxes to an electric holding cabinet for my food trailer. One I'm looking at is a Metro HM2000 C199. Wondering if anyone has experience using one of these on their mobile unit. I'm concerned with the shelf system it has that they could fall off the brackets while driving and creating a huge mess.

I looked this unit up but can’t see how the shelves hook. I have the Metro C5 3 series insulated cabinet in my commercial kitchen. If the shelves are like mine I wouldn’t be afraid to put on the food truck/trailer. It would take a massive jolt for a shelf to come out.
