Wow! Great job. I just saw this and am ready to go out in the yard and fire up the smoker.
 
I think they need a diffuser pan though, I was definitely getting flare ups....And with two pork butts and a brisket it'll be crazy fat dripping!
 
I'm definitely gonna add a diffuser plate on it, I was getting flare ups just from chicken....
