Default Dual Butts on the 22 WSM - in progress!

Because of work schedules we are having our Fathers day celebration tomorrow rather than Sunday. I decided low and slow, overnight with apple and cherry was the best way to go for these sexy butts. Decided no foil, tied them u and straight on the grate. Kickin' it old school for a change.

Thanks! I have an IQ110, the Cajun Bandit stainless door and I sealed it up nice with self adhesive nomex gasket. This thing has been absolutely rock solid all night. Steady 225 all night long. I woke up expecting maybe the temp to be around 250, but it looks like my efforts paid off! Both butts are sitting around 162, within 3 degrees of each other. It's been a long time since I did butts without wrapping... the bark looks awesome!
