Default Pitt Boss Platinum Lockhart?

This past Saturday I was walking through Wal-Mart and looked at the Pit Boss Platinum Lockhart. It's an impressive looking smoker, my wife even said she loves how it looks and how beautiful it is. I remember hearing JasonTQ mentioning how the upper smoker Chamber temps had to be way below the smoker temp. I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything about it?

From what I've seen there's a 50 degree difference between the upper and lower chamber, but there are dampers between the chambers and on the chimney caps too so it may be less than 50 with proper adjustment. The vertical cabinet should be easy to wrap with a welding blanket or other insulation too.
