Atomic Buffalo Turds and Tips with Veggies and Sweet Potato (A few tips wrapped in leftover bacon)
I wish I had more time to cook the ATBs low and slow but too much work prevents it.
Cooking high heat top off mostly but looking forward to a low and slow session as soon as time permits.
love the cast iron grates on the STOK drum grill.
After I'm done grilling I give them a good scrubbing and use a silicon brush to apply a coating of peanut oil. Seems to be keeping the unit in good condition so far.
