Okay Tell me about smoking chicken and then vacuum sealing it an putting it in the freezer? Will it suck when you take it out/ Is it a waste of time?

It works Great! Food can taste almost as good a year later as when you packaged it when it's done properly.

Should taste as good when you take it out as it did when you put it in the freezer. Heat up the bagged chicken in boiling water.

Depends, a Deep Freeze will keep meat good for a long time. A standard Fridge/Freeze not as long.

I honestly think it tastes better, I do chicken, pork and ribs all the time. Vacusuck them and into the freezer. I like to be ready incase the mood hits me, smoked meat mood that is!
