Did some chicken thighs and leg quarters and some ribs with some moinks for the ACC title game (hokies rolled in case you were wondering)
Chicken was all rubbed with lawrys chicken rub.
Ribs rubbed with Simply marvelous spicy apple and after being wrapped in foil were rubbed heavily with brown sugar.
Moinks done with yardbird.
Sorry I didn't get that many pictures I got distracted by the football game.
