Default Ribeye for dinner!

I love ribeye. We had these for our pre-mothers day dinner. I'll added the shrooms for peeps, since I know he likes them so much! Oh, and that other stuff is bacon and onion jam.

I did mine in an electric skillet. Took about 3 hours from start to jar. Really, really good stuff.

Where do I start gushing about that gastronomic beauty? Is that your homemade bread, Chicago, with all those beautiful holes? The crust of the steak looks magnificent. The onion jam? Holy smokes. Mushrooms look delicious and so does the corn. That's a really delicious-looking plate of food.
