applebees style riblets!! heck for $9.90 for a 10 lb box, figured i could not go wrong!!

I wouldn't compare your delicious looking eats to them though...
There's no comparison with home smoked riblets.

got them from a local mom and pop store. they also raise and butcher their own angus cattle!! YUMMY!!! i sprinkled a little tones lemon pepper and a pretty generous portion of weber's sweet and tangy bbq seasoning.
