A5 Wagyu is crazy rich so I sliced off two pieces

Only used my torch a few seconds for the Wagyu to sear since it's very easy to go over it's so marbled

It's never occurred to me to use steak as a burger topping, but now it's obviously something that must be done! Crazy killer all the way around, Sako! :clap2: That's like Nobel prize territory right there! :hungry:

Thanks George! 5 hence A5 is highest grade but even then it's got a sub category of rating it up to BMS (beef marbling score) 12. This was A5 BMS 11 so it was really up there.

Different countries grade it slightly different but generally use the A1 to A5 with the BMS scores in each grade.
