Just look at the insane marbling
Slow N Sear loaded with Weber briqs
A5 Wagyu is crazy rich so I sliced off two pieces
Only used my torch a few seconds for the Wagyu to sear since it's very easy to go over it's so marbled
Toasted brioche buns
Wasabi mayo (so farking good)
Kept it simple with butter lettuce, tomatoes on the bottom and Wagyu on the crown
Didn't want to over power the awesome meat combo so I used Swiss cheese
