Wild West BBQ Showdown

Here's a link to a bunch of pics from a cookoff held at Thanksgiving Point in Utah this last weekend. Just south of SLC. A couple of us brethern did alright at it. In fact Doug, frankenswine here, took GC. And it was his first cookoff. I did alright with a first in brisket, fourth in ribs and chicken and not so good in PP. This was a great event that was tied in with ESPN and Back Country Radio. There was a lumberjack contest and all kinds of bands and other stuff going on. Enjoy the pics... Password is utahbbq

It's worth the trip... We have a good one coming up next week at Snowbird Ski Resort. Grill on the Hill it's called and is being put on by Arlie Bragg, I guess he's better known out your way for putting on cooks. I think it's going to be fun as we will have some of the best in the biz there.
