Default Mad Hunky Grilled Ahi Tuna

Found some ahi at the grocery store, which doesn't happen very often.

Marinated the tuna in olive oil for a couple of hours, then sprinkled with Mad Hunky general purpose rub..

topped with a sesame seed blend...

gave the grill mates a brush of oil

seared the tuna just a minute or so on each side...

made a lettuce wrap with slaw and a ginger dressing..

I liked it a lot!
The MH dry rub added a nice flavor, will use it again!

Thanks for looking!

I am impressed. An okie who knows how to cook fresh Tuna. Nice job.

I am not familiar with that rub, but sesame seeds make a lot of sense with fresh tuna.
