Great looking menu.....love bbq sandwiches and beans.

Must be for 25 Cub Scouts, though.

25 adults would be wanting more.

Then again......it'd explain why in so overweight..........

I thought the same thing and then I looked a little closer. I think the first pic is a little deceiving... For 25 adults I'd cook 2 butts (~13 lbs precooked) and 1 brisket (~11 lbs. precooked). That should be plenty for 25 adults, along with beans and ??? I'd prolly go with a big (117 oz. can) for the beans. Not sure what those 2 cans weigh up to.

Looks AWESOME!!!

Cheers!!!

All on the g2 chubby
Each can of beans is 7 pounds 5 ounces and that's two cans. Also won't cook these till at the party but a mojito cake in the Dutch oven and a triple berry dump cobbler some else can bring the other sides!

Ok here goes!
The meat about ready to be pulled and sliced

I cut the point off and stuck over top the beans while they smoked

Here is one of the butts pulled

And here is what I'm calling my tasteless brisket! It seems to melt in your mouth before the tast buds have a chance to register!
