Default 3-2-1 Ribs w/pron

So I did the 3-2-1 method for spareribs today..
http://www.smoking-meat.com/june-2007-321-ribs.html

I gotta say, I've only done ribs a couple of times before... this was by far the most tender, juciest ribs I've ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into!

My familly LOVED the ribs, and we had a good ol "caveman" dinner. Lots of sauce flying, lots of grunts, lots of talking with mouth fulls of food... LOL you bet!

It' took 6 hours for completion, but worth EVERY last morsel!

Ribs slathered with CYM and some honey rub rubbed in... just waiting for the BGE to get up to 225

After 3 hours of smoke at 225... time for some foil with apple juice...

C'mon dad... are the ribs done YET?!!??!?

Done with the foil, all sauced up and ready for a finish coat!

First coat done...

Second coat done... time to remove and let rest!

WOW... the only thing better than a PERFECT judges box... these delicious ribs on MY table!
