The 7th Hudson Valley RibFest takes place on August 20 & 21 at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz NY.

Saturday 8/20 is the NEBS Grilling Contest

• Pizza
• Pork Tenderloin
• Beef Rib Eye
• Apple Dessert

There will be trophies and cash prizes for the top five finishers in each category, $180 1st, $150 2nd, $120 3rd, $90 4th, $60 5th.$600 1st place NEBS Grilling Champ, $400 2nd place NEBS Reserve Grilling Champ. Teams will be called out through 10th place with ribbons from 5th through 10th.

Sunday 8/21 is the KCBS BBQ Contest

• Chicken
• Pork Ribs
• Pork Butt / Shoulder
• Beef Brisket

There will be trophies and cash prizes for the top five finishers in each category, $250 1st, $200 2nd, $175 3rd, $150 4th, $125 5th. $2,500 1st place KCBS Grand Champ, $1,500 2nd place KCBS Reserve Grand Champ. Teams will be called out through 10th place with ribbons from 5th through 10th.

Guarantee of $ 11,000 in prize money combined for NEBS and KCBS.
