That sounds like a heck of a line up of cookers. I would really like to have some of the bbq from the crew you have lined up, but the drive is a little far for us in Amarillo.

Personally I'd rather go for the WHOLE brisket @ 75 dollars per if it's cooked by these guys...:thumb::thumb::becky:
