I went to a Job Fair at Texas State today for work. They had Fuschak's BBQ catered in. Everyone that I talked to down there said it was great stuff so I was really looking forward to lunch.
Brisket had fairly good flavor and was also very moist (probably due to the amount of fat still on it).
Sausage was ok but not great.
Potato Salad was quite good.
Bottom line is drive East to Lockhart or SE to Luling if you want Que in the San Marcos area it will be worth your time.
