It all look sgreat! DId you smoke that Tri-tip at a high temp or low all the way?

I intended to cook it on a Weber, but got lazy and just threw it on the drum with the last of the coals, it got cooked at @ 225* for about an hour+

Looks great! I would love to try the pastrami!

Pastrami on the drum is the best! Done it on the BGE and WSM and the drum wins hands down!

Yup! It's co-ed in the Summer, and the kids really appreciate a home cooked meal.
 
Good looking grub, I like the setup next to the eggs. No limit of cooking for sure.
