Armadillo Egg crust

Hi,

What do you use to roll your egg in prior to cooking? I've heard that crushed saltines are popular, but I was thinking of crushed doritos or some flavored tortilla chips.

i use panko bread crumbs to coat everything that needs coating . try a 50/50 mix of panko and doritos. :idea:

i just put rub on them. They'll get the same outside texture as a fatty. I've never put a "crust" on an armadillo egg or fatty.

i never did either, but i rolled a fatty in panko once and o m g :biggrin:
