Living in Texas there are very few KCBS cook offs. IBCA is mostly what I cook.
They cook half chickens,pork spare ribs,and brisket.No garnish in the turn in container.Also no sause after the meat comes off the pit.It must be cooked on.
Entry fees are around 100/125.00.Pretty good pay back at most contests and pretty good folks.
