Default Jake’s Care Package - Fill The Lang!

My buddy has a kid who lives out of town. Missing home. So my buddy is driving out to CO to spend a few days and wants to take a care package. But he only has 1 day off and his Louisiana Pellet smoker doesn’t have the capacity.

The Lang does. 3 slabs Baby Back, 2 spatchcock chix, brisket flat, pork butt, and 2 chuckies for pulled beef.

I fired up the Lang at 730, he showed up at 8 with the meat and we filled er up.

Later he will rest it, vac seal and freeze. Dinner for Jake.
