KCBS CERTIFIED JUDGING CLASS Sponsored by the Highland Rotary Club Saturday, March 28, 2009 Highland Hose Company Firehouse 25 Milton Avenue, Highland, NY 12528 10:00 AM to 2:00 PMPrepare now, join the Kansas City Barbecue Society and become a Certified KCBS Judge. Kansas City Barbeque Society representatives Linda and Jerry Mullane will take you through the steps needed to judge the various categories of barbeque meat entries. Lunch will be provided from the meats that are judged. Once certified, you will be able to judge at any KCBS contest around the country, including our Hudson Valley RibFest in August of 2009.
