Easy dinner tonight. Some D-Dogs apple rub wings, some parm and lemon pepper and some hot sauce wings for me.

Just tossed them on the gasser and put a pecan chunk on the grates till it started smoking then tossed the wings on.

That looks so good... Man a cold beer and those wings would be great about right now.

But Im working graveyard so its coffee and breakfast bars. So wrong.

You all prefer grilled, fried, smoked or smofried wings?

I do prefer fried,, but grilled is a close second. I've never done smofried.
