Default Thank for my Dinner with your help pics included

I want thank everyone that help me with my questions this past week. Today i put my thermometer
on the grate level. Then i cooked the butt and rubs at 275 then i cooked the butt until it was 200 then wrapped in foil and theb towel and put it away for about 3 hours. Then i cooked the ribs for about 3 hours then i foiled them for another 1 hour to 30 mins

Is the red apple ale a hard cider? maybe add some to the glaze.
