Default Grilled Lamb Chops and Pasta

I'm keeping the little Smokey Joe busy these days.

I thawed these nice little lamb chops out for dinner last night

Made up a marinade from these and let them marinate for a couple hours

I wanted some pasta for a side, but not saucey, so came up with this. Mixed up some spices, sea salt, gr onion, gr garlic, coarse gr pepper, basil and oregano. Some fresh grated parmesan. Just saute'd it all in butter.

Chops onto the fire first

Fired up the pasta as the chops were resting

Plated and a few bite shots

It was all very delicious.

Thanks for looking,

KC

I love lamb chops grilled hot 'n fast (and rare!) and you nailed that. I like pasta with veggies mixed in as well. That plate looks great!
