A few pics from this weekends UDS adventure.

3rd or 4th adventure using the UDS since build.

While the fire was getting right, I rubbed the ribs with my homemade rub.

When the temp and fire was right,


I loaded the grill

I used the 3-2-1 method. After the foil wrap, I threw 'em back on the grill for a bit. One batch with sauce, one batch rub-only.
