I'm looking at what's in the aluminum pan (Boston butt?) anyway at first glance I'm like what the heck does he have spaghetti in there for is this a new top secret method? Lol

I believe it was a removed netting from the piece of meat.
Never seen spaghetti with what appears to be knots in it.
