Default Sauce dispenser ?

When serving pulled pork for a large group what do put your sauce in to be dispensed? A squeeze bottle? A dish to be spooned out? Something else?

Labeled squeeze bottles (at least three different types of sauce).

I tried some smaller squeeze bottle but the pepper flakes kept clogging up spout. I am having a hard time finding bigger ones where I live.

Sams sells 6 packs of a slightly bigger squeeze bottle, but I still end up having to cut the spout so it doesn't clog. They don't have caps so you have to be careful transporting.

Squeeze bottles for sure. GFS has them. If the spout is too narrow I take the
ol' ute knife to 'em! Red for tomato based, yellow for vinegar or mustard based (labled)!

I do this also. I take off the top, put plastic wrap over bottle and screw the top back on for transporting or long term storage in fridge.

I did cut the spouts.. Almost at the base to keep them from clogging, but the little cap no longer fit then. What is GFS? Probably a stupid question, but trying to think of all the stores locally with that abbreviation .

I use plastic bottles from China-Mart. I have a friend that uses old plastic jelly bottles.

Man those sauces look great.. Looks like the bottle has much bigger opening than what I have been able to find.
