Yeah WineMaster, I believe that you can put over 50lbs of chicken per rack. And some of those have 5-6 racks. That makes for a lot of good birds!!!

I am incorporating that curved corner shelf design in my copy of their pig roaster Grill. Thats a hip saver. I don;t mind bruises on my hip but my wife got one from the corner of my pit and it looked awful. This would stop that.

Loved that halogen light fixture on that one model.

Also, I will be buying some of those racks to build a grill pit around... love those weldings.

those flip over chicken racks are axactly like the hawaiian "huli huli" cooking style. nice.
