Default Feel like I'm cheating

Just fired up the gasser to do a pork tender loin. Really hasn't gotten much/any use since I got the Egg.

Don't worry about it. If it's tasty, go with it. I bought two chuckies to BBQ over the weekend. I ended up cooking them in the oven. They are quite tasty! I had scrambled eggs and roast chucky for breakfast, tacos made with roast chucky for dinner last night and enchiladas made with roast chucky tonight.

Looks great!

I use my gas cooker for all sorts of stuff even though I'd rather cook over lump & chunks!

I agree. I tend to use my old gas grill less and less these days.
Mostly for fish steaks now days.

I did cheat and buy a quality Infrared Grill two yrs. ago.
I really like if for Rare Steaks.

When I'm pressed for time I can do two steaks in two minutes.
(Let em rest in the warmer for two minutes also to settle the juices)
The secret is turning em every 30 seconds.

It ain't smoking em, but its great never the less.

I use my infrared a lot for quick weeknight grills. Sometimes 30 mins for charcoal is pushing it.
