Maribel comes home Friday and said she will take care of dinner....

Brings me a few drinks so I don't get thirsty...( I like this surprise )

I prep my fire

Seasoned with fire rub.

Then they get tossed in some flour.

Here it is plated with pork beans.. The red onions were marinating in lemon juice and they taste goo slime that.

This was her best fried fish to date. To be honest she said the rub is what made it happen.
 
Looks great! Wish I could trust the fish in my neck of the woods becacause that looks stupdendous! :clap:
 
The fish looks great! But a Tonybel post without a pic of Maribel is just wrong...

I still would feel uneasy if my wife was that comfortable with my grills. :-o
 
Best way to eat tilapia right there. Back in the day my Grandfather would shallow fry black bass like that. Good stuff. She's a keeper for sure Tony.
