Cooking with Big Brother Smoke

Yesterday, after church, I made the journey out to Big Brother Smoke's house to do some cooking on his trailer. We spent the afternoon and evening cooking, drinking enjoying the wilderness that he lives in :lol: and eating.

We had a great time and I appreciate the hospitality of Steph and his family. Now before you all get antsy, here are some pics:

It was nice cooking on it too! We cooked with oak, hickory, apple, cherry, pecan and Rancher charcoal. Got to smell it all. BBS even sent me home with some sticks (Thanks brother). Now I just have to find somebody to cut them into chunks...
