Hi Jed,

My Neighbours are South Effrican... Lovely people. There are lions and Zebs and Boks all over the place...

And that rice and lentle dish was a South African Lamb Biryani Buccs!... from Durbin. The Capetonian Biryani has raisins in it... bloody aweful.

I have the recipe if you want it.. I know it off by heart.

Yes please. That was my first thought, and apparently Buccs too. The rice/lentil dish looked very inviting. Already knew the brisket was good.
