Default Day Off Little Brisket, Sunglasses, and Mickey Mouse
Long weekend road trip for my BIL wedding in Milwaukee. Now back home and ditched...errr....sadly left the wife and kids there for another week.

So. Day off. No family. Sunny day. Little brisket Adams style. 9lber to start and trimmed 3lbs off in a heavy trim. Black Ops from Oakridge. Also found a top round with the manager special tag and did Oakridge Spogos and SM Peppered Cow.

We. Are. Off.

After a short rest:






Point and center slices were fantastic. End slices a little dry. I think a tiny bit under. Great smoke ring. Great flavor. Now...I need a nap.
