Catering gig? Cool! Good luck! My weekend started yesterday, so I've already done a pot roasted leg of lamb. Think I'll do a faux pastrami tomorrow or Sunday.

I'm going to my BIL's house Saturday. I don't know he is cooking, but I was asked to bring 2 empty coolers and a bunch of ice.
