I had a pad poured on the side of my house. The way its closed in on three sides I hardy get any wind so its a pretty good spot.

Excuse me, but those are NOT toys. The are serious tools of a dedicated cook who understand the value of having the proper tool to do the particular job at hand. Nobody has only one knife.....and nobody should be limited to one cooker. Nice bunch of toys.... 'er tools you have there.

Thanks, I was smoking a brisket in the wsm but it was at the end of the cook so not much smoke
