Beautiful!!! Can't wait to see it in action. Maybe I should show this to my spousal unit, she still thinks overcooked carbon in a little gold setting is a "proper gift". Since its so close to the red heart holiday and its so durn red, how about "Valentine" for a name.

Something for the TD...off all goes well today. She held a steady 400 degrees for 8 hours in freezing temps during the seasoning last night, I'm impressed!
