Default Bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast

Another day off so I figured I'd fire up Frankensmoker again, this time I had a craving for BOTH chicken and bacon.

Pounded flat some chicken breasts and made a homemade chili garlic butter, sauteed some fresh mushrooms, fried up some bacon and cubed up some marble cheddar really small for the stuffing.

Rolled them up two with and two without mushrooms.

Fired them into the smoker using apple pellets. Set Frankensmoker and walked away.

Hour and a half later it was all done!!!

Hope you enjoy the pics, the chicken turned out awesome (this was the first time I've done this.

As usual pics are in the Frankensmoker file.

Thanks for looking,
Tom
