Jeff: I use a brown sugar based rub with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano powder, and a few other ingredients. Temp is around 250 and they will likely take 3-4 hrs. I let them run till the 3 hr mark then check on them. Till then it is a frosty beverage (recipe follows).

I think the other WSM is jealous that she didnt get meat this weekend ;)

2oz bourbon
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz simple syrup
6oz beer
