OK all you Q experts time for another question...

I understand that woods used for smoking with give the meat various tastes, some better than others and I also understand the woods burn at a certain BTU...

Is there a resource that someone can recommend that can give me an idea what woods are good for smoking (and which ones aren't) and what BTU each wood can produce...

I usually only use Hickory in what I do, but I would like to experiment with others...
 
OK one more questions (OK maybe there will be more)...

Is it OK to mix woods when smoking?
