Default Hot smoked spicy andouille sausage

I'm not sure the pics give this stuff justice....the dark rich color of this is off the hook as well was the taste. Hot smoked on the mini for maybe 45 minutes with apple.

This is Fishers i believe and it is soooo good. They have both spicy and non but the spicy is special. You gotta try this is you run across it.
