President's Weekend Pr0n
On my last visit to BBQ PD's shop, Dave mentioned that he noticed that I haven't been posting much lately. Work has been kickin my booty & I just haven't had that much time to post.
Here's what I did manage cook over the holiday weekend: A little chicken & shallots stir fry (along with some broccoli, ginger, & garlic): Served in a bowl over a bed of rice: A Presidents Day 2 butts & a brisket cook on the SS-2: I hope to find some more time to start posting more regularly again. Thanks for looking!
