Default Boston butts on the drum (PRON)

I have two boston buts going on the uds, one is about an 11 pounder and the other is a baby 3lb that will hopefully be lunch (its done when its done) They are rubbed with my soon to be available Trash Can Rub (final stages of production and bottling)

Final product from the big butt. after 12 hours at 255*

the butt fell apart after the bone slipped out, not a whole lot of effort to pull it.
