I had a 5# piece of ribeye in the freezer that I cut off a 16lbr a couple of days before xmas. FIgured it was time. I'm getting ansy waiting for my sheetmetal for my clone so I hooked the stoker up to the uds. yummy.

Looks really good. Ribeye is my favorite cut, too.

can't even imagine what else you've been eating for the last five months that was worth holding out on the ribeye ? :wink:
