First Brisket

After some lunch and a nap, here is the results of my first brisket. Very good.

I used to not be big on beef, but on a recent visit to Hot Springs I had lunch at the Whole Hog Cafe. They had nice brisket there and got me interested in beef. Inspiration is priceless.
