Jonathan Gold is a Pulitzer Prize-winning Author and the numberon food critic in L.A. He stopped by Bigmista's Barbecue last Sunday right before we closed to try us out. We were out of almost everything but I managed to put together a meal from what we had left. I was in a state of panic about what he might say.

I think that you were sold out of almost everything should tell the guy there is something good going on there. Like he said he didn't know you had to show up early. His experience has led him to believe that there will be plenty at the end of the market. Too bad for him.
